Returns and Refunds 

5.1. Our Return Policy outlines the process for returning products purchased from our website. 

5.2. Products must be returned in their original condition with the security ribbon still attached and packaging within 30 days from delivery date for a refund or exchange. For any type of underwear garment like bodysuits are non-refundable.

5.2a. Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. 

5.2b. P&P is free. Returns or customs are not free for international orders.

5.2c All items must be sent back with any free item that was sent to you. Failure to return the free item will mean you will only be eligible for a partial refund, as you will be charged for the free item cost. If this happens a second time, you will be banned from purchasing from our store. 

5.3. Refunds and returns will be processed within 1-3 business days after the returned items are received and inspected. Your bank may have their own policy which may delay you receiving your money.
