2.4. All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Orders and Payment
3.1. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
3.2. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging the details of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
3.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.
3.4. Payment for all orders must be made through the provided payment gateway on the website. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners club, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple pay, and Google pay.
Shipping and Delivery
4.1. All clothing will be dry cleaned and packaged neatly prior to dispatch.
4.1a We will make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timeframe of 1-3 business days. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
4.1b Processing time: processing time refers to the duration between when an order is placed and when it is shipped.
4.2. We provide free 48h shipping for Uk orders over £50 and free 24h shipping over £90.
4.2a All orders sent after 4pm Great Britain time will be sent off the next day.
4.3. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
5.1. Our Return Policy outlines the process for returning products purchased from our website.
5.2. Products must be returned in their original condition with the security ribbon still attached and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
5.2a Items that have been washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
5.2b We do not provide free returns; you will need to cover the costs of all items sent back to us.
5.2c All items must be sent back with any free item that was sent to you. Failure to return the free item will mean you will only be eligible for a partial refund, as you will be charged for the free item cost. If this happens a second time, you will be banned from purchasing from our store.
5.3. Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days after the returned items are received and inspected. Your bank may have their own policy which may delay you receiving your money.
